Absolutely none would give 0 stars if possible

They are absolutely terrible and blinded by managements lies, having a hit list on educators they want to get rid of that are good at their job they just personally don’t like them. Head office is just a joke and no one stands up for the employees, the centres are toxic and rude but hey they’ll throw a gala just to make it look like everything is perfect. Look deeper beneath the surface you’ll notice they don’t care about their employees their head office hasn’t worked a day in childcare and it shows, they won’t provide you with proper learning resources for employees let alone the children, resources are limited and quite often old and damaged, management have their own agenda and won’t take employees concerns seriously, nor will they listen to parents requests or concerns, employees are on drugs but hey that’s not their problem right, limited career opportunities to succeed and if someone’s agenda was different to theirs they’ll push you out if not fire you straight away, the culture is ehhh but people on visas are too afraid to speak up in fear of losing their right to work and live in this country. They in-spite fear to the employees to hold their mouth shut with pending law suits against them.

The best part about working in child care is making a real impact for children as well as their families. With the right mindset, you can acquire so many skills from communication, time management, adaptability and many more transferrable skills.

The workplace culture can be challenging. This can be only managed well with a strong management that treat all team members equally as well as adhere to policy and enforce this actively. Not much growth opportunities unless you want to climb the ladder into management, become an assessor or complete further studies into higher education.
