      The job is relatively easy and straightforward, session plans are provided so you don't need to make any games up. Management is really supportive. The owners take time to create events and get everyone together.

      Cons

      Hours change seasonally, so you may have a lot at one point and less during other seasons.

      Really great team of workers, so fun to work with the kids

      Sometimes if someone didn't show up you would be stuck with a huge group of kids
