Friendship with other employees.

Alot, first of all bad management. They try to play workers against each other to get what they want. Childish behavior and they use their hard workers to do everything for them but praise the workers that could care less. Theft, drugs, ill treatment is ignored just along as there is a person available so management gets their time off. Raises is at bare minimum.
