There is a real shared and collaborative approach within Little Dukes. It is a small team where everyone knows each other and works together to provide the best for the children in our care. The nurseries are very much independent, each with their own personality and distinctions, but work with each other to ensure they deliver the best outcomes for children.

Sometimes not enough hours in the day! Challenging work as like every early years organisation, but fun and happy each day.
