Pros
Combines strategic thinking, creative chops, and genuine attention to clients (very relationship focused) to deliver work that looks bigger than a small shop should be producing. Works really well with partner agencies, too, so able to swell when need to craft brand storytelling, experiences, and design in a range of media. And very community minded, which leads to gratifying partnerships near and far.
Cons
Would benefit from more full-timers. Could be more nimble add finding/adopting business management tools and technologies.
