Overall great place to work, every project is different and Little Cinema is a company that always strives to do something fun and unique. Very generous unlimited PTO policy that is obeyed.

Awesome projects, some of the coolest stuff I've ever done.

Very start-up company culture and communication at the time I was there They used the word "Fam" a lot but it's a weird bro culture. My colleague who left before me was treated badly and moved on, followed by me, and the ones who remained continued to share with me that nothing got better and then left also. They created a new position for me/with me in the middle of my work with them, and then changed their minds and hired someone else to fill it, and then gave me a raise per hour to make me feel better while simultaneously telling me they would not be paying my OT anymore, so it amounted to a pay cut with the amount of hours I worked for them. Many other icky moments. I moved on. Hopefully they have grown.
