Pros
I love the people I work with on a daily basis and I love making pizza. My benefits are perfect for what I need. Overall I'm very satisfied with most aspects of my employment here.
Cons
A recent shift was made in how our schedule works with upper store management being required to work 10-11 AM shifts until 9-10 PM 5 days a week. This is obviously extremely abnormal in the food industry. We were told by upper office management this is because we in store "are not devoted or invested enough in our work. You need to stop worrying about friends and family and worry more about your paycheck." As much as I have loved this job, this was a massive nail in the coffin.
