      Free crazy bread, tips, unsupervised

      Cons

      Poor manegment. Nothing ever fixed. Owner blamed us for their wrong doings. The ticket/order system was always broken or not working. If not that, it's the oven, utensils, dishes, orjust straight up, running out of inventory. Manegment then asks you to pick up missing inventory from another store, unpaid. Training was minimal and poorly organized. Trained in a third party store away from where you will be working. Understaffed constantly. Angry and hungry customers. Angry co workers during rush because we are understaffed.

      Pros

      Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

      Cons

      My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
