Cons
Bad management depending on the franchise. Absurdly low pay. Multiple labor law violations at the location I worked at. Absurdly low staffing during high traffic hours. No statistical tracking on hourly traffic in some stores. Scheduling was never made in advance, and occasionally wasn't made until the night before the start of the new work week. Inconsistent hours, can be absurdly low (two hour shifts on three occasions), or absurdly long (back to back double shifts multiple times)
