Pros
I get to interact with different people as far as customers and employees go. I also like that we get benefits. I am learning everyday how to deal with stressful situations which will on time make me a better person and manager.
Cons
They mainly hire high school students which is not a problem, but they do not take the job serious enough at times. The store is also unorganized and there is a lot of miss communication throughout the store. The hourly pay with not being able to work over time is also not so great.
