Pros

The students really wanted to learn.

Cons

I worked at Littera to help pay for school because I liked the information on the website. It looks good, but it is not the truth at all. The way the company treats everyone is the opposite of the “core values” they have posted. It’s pitiful. The software is always breaking down. Every time I tried to work, there was a problem. The help desk was slow to help you and they always acted like it was your fault. Also, as soon as you figure out a new software change, they make more changes that cause more break downs. The management couldn’t care less about you. They blame everything on being a new company, but it is not hard to treat people with respect. You are not a person to them, just another number on the list to use and treat like garbage. This was the worst place I have ever worked, and I hope nobody else has to deal with them. I found a lot of other companies that needed help and was hired at a better place after I quit.

Pros

100% remote work! Fun and friendly support and staff! Easy to maneuver online virtual classrooms. Great students! Great Management! Decent Pay!

Cons

Not many weekly workable hours that add up to part-time labor. Website states up to 25 hours per week maximum, however that means you can get anywhere from 1-25 hours per week depending upon school:student needs.
