So/So - Actor/Performer Litnerd Employee Review

I loved the overall mission of the company...it's a great concept, and at times it produced great results. I also loved the creative freedom given to freelancers.

Things were very disorganized. It ran on a skeleton crew of people trying to cover for vacant position they weren't qualified for. I'm not sure if management was even trying to fills those positions. I hope they eventually filled them...the place had a lot of potential.
