      A good place to learn the basics of a gym, programming, teaching programs

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, as is the upper management. They will try to work you above and beyond what you should be doing while they go home early.

      Working with young, energized, friendly staff. Outdoor and indoor locations. Decent pay. Ability to act with a fair amount of independence as a manager.
