What I love about LITILI is how the owner values our working relationship. She doesn't make us feel too pressured about work, but manages to make us complete our designated and required tasks on a timely manner. The management does not hesitate to ask about our insights/opinion on how we can make our job better and easier, which is great because I feel that we are not just employees but partners in business. We have recurring training sessions focused on improving our professional growth, allowing us to discover our personal goals, strenghts and weaknesses. I personally think it's a big help for employees to feel that they are valued and that the company is willing to help us improve personally and professionally. In this company, hard work is surely recognized and we have added bonuses and incentives for that too! Plus, I am surrounded by colleagues who are really helpful and easy to work with. I feel that our personal lives outside work are also given importance since requesting for leaves/paid time off is not so hard to get approval for. I never feel like my personal life should be a second priority because I know if I have a personal emergency, I will be allowed make time for it. It is important that your employer understands you specially if there is something personal that you have to attend to or that you are going through - and this is the life and work balance that is being given to us here in LITILI. I am grateful to Maile for allowing me to keep this job and for trusting me with what I do. I sincerely do hope to stay longer in this company because I love what I do.
