Salary is good if you're working 40-45 hours Benefits are fine

Expect to work almost every Saturday, at least 55 hours a week. Expect to be at concrete pours as early as 1am and still have to work a full day Expect them to take complete advantage of you if you're salary Expect them to make you do things that aren't your job Expect them to send you out of town for months on end and barely cover your expenses Expect them to try to screw you over in some way financially if you put your two weeks in Expect them to take their sweet time giving you you're raise and perks (months)
