Pros

The actual cause and what the organization strives to do is great. Wish I had more.

Cons

-Pay -Not enough diversity at all in terms of race, background, and roots. If you don’t have a diverse workforce, how are you supposed to understand your clients? -Benefits -What the organization strives to do and what it actually does has a gap. -Micromanagement I’ve worked at a lot of places and thought I’d dip my feet in the non-profit world, but honestly you can get a much higher pay in for-profit for half the stress and volunteer on the side at these types of companies.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. From the top down, the key to our organization is our commitment to not only students, but to our employees. Because taking care of employees is one of our core values, we are always looking for ways to ensure our employees have access to growth and development opportunities. We strive to provide an environment where employees are valued, treated fairly and respected. I encourage you to provide further feedback to me. Please remember we have upcoming staff surveys where you may provide feedback as well. Cheryl Garcia, Director of Finance & Administration
