Business outlook
Pros
Large classrooms, collaborative structure across grade levels for teachers, nice stipend for buying classroom materials
Cons
Very conflicting information from different levels of administration, high burnout rate, major lack of subs due to a high number of mid-year resignations. All intervention staff have been forced to shut down their pull-out groups in order to cover for teachers who are sick. Employees get major guilt and negativity when they request a day off. Executive director is a lot of talk, saying the school is doing X, Y, and Z, but a lot of it lacks follow through. Executive director does not treat employees with respect. Students are not getting the support they need.
