      Pros

      This is a small organization so the structure was very flat. They do some really innovative work with the talking book and are starting to win some big grants.

      Cons

      The CEO is usually doing multiple things. With more money they hire more staff, so Cliff could focus on the strategy for Literacy Bridge.
