Liteline has a culture that is perfect for my career goals. I wake up every Monday morning after the weekend with a smile on my face knowing that I am going into work. The people are amazing the ownership is always available to talk and help with anything you have going on. It has changed my life for the better as I feel at home and that alone makes me want this company to win. Ownership is young and in tuned with the Market, they understand what it takes to move the needle and be a head of the curve with new product development and shows in their passion for the company. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else and I am proud to say that I am an employee at Liteline.

Only downside for Liteline is that if you're not willing to put in the effort in your work and day to day activities you will not do well here. Everyone is on top of their game and some people that will not be a good fit as they are looking for that 9-5 job. This is not the right fit for you.
