Very close knit staff. It is very easy to take a break and go to talk to anyone in the office from floor staff to office. The breakroom is shared by everyone in the office.

Pay is lower because it is a local manufacturing office that relies on sales contracts and production, however it balances because the longer you work there, the better the pay whether you are floor staff or office staff.
