Very tribal, you need to know who to go to because nothing is documented. Little to no career development opportunities. Product is always done when the lead customer places an order, then engineering moves on and it's up to sales to convince rest of the world the product is what they need. Some senior managers can be abrasive, bordering on inappropriate on a far too regular basis. Lack of process can be frustrating due to same mistakes being made in product after product.
