Pros
Management is supportive and encouraging, setting goals at a high level and not meddling with technical details. As long as you communicate with your team (e.g. "I finished X on project Y" and "What can I work on now that I'm done with Z?") nobody is going to get on your back about performance or lack thereof. The people are great, it's a small company with a pretty friendly atmosphere.
Cons
(This really isn't a con unless you are straight out of school and never had a job before, but glassdoor demanded I put something in here). To work here, you need to be something of a self-starter. People are very willing to help if you ask, but nobody's going to hold your hand and show you how to do every little thing. Even if they wanted to, they don't have the time( at least on the software team ).
