Pros
There is a family-oriented environment which is warm and appreciated. When people selection businesses, connectivity is imperative; in fact, there is a freeness clients can be open and establish a sense of credibility. Finding a community people admire will make a difference. I enjoy the comfortability others embrace as we are able to work through their issues. Also, supporting them in ways that are necessary we help them build a right and healthy relationships.
Cons
Each client builds a relationship with therapists and it may be difficult in ending relationship when termination approaches. However, I can see the good as client advance the future and their goals & objectives have been met.
