small company that really taught me a lot about sales. I moved from telemarketing side to B2B very quickly.
Cons
the owner wasn't paying taxes on his employees and didnt manage money very well so you had to be one of the first ten to get to the bank on payday in order to get paid before the bank account was empty :( I went two weeks without pay, :(
