Fun environment Engaging responsibilities Never a dull moment Opportunities to pursue ideas and be a part of a creative atomosphere Work along side friendly and supportive co-workers
Cons
Cons are consistent with startups - work demand can be unpredictible (slow and steady and then sudden slams requiring long hours), occassional quick changes in direction, need for patience. Not the place to work if you like predictible work hours and a traditionally structured environment (to me, red tape!)
