Pros

Truly amazing CEO that genuinely values the success and well being of not only his employees but the customers as well. His door is always open (you're likely to catch him with his shoes off and feet kicked up on his desk while working). We're a very young and bright company. We're all innovative thinkers, risk takers and full of spirit. Definitely blessed with amazing co-workers.

Cons

I've always gone above and beyond as far as my day to day duties are concerned. I'm very loyal, constantly pushing myself to take on new and challenging responsibilities and have done quite well doing so. I wouldn't say that efforts go unrecognized but I do feel that there is a very large gap in cross-departmental pay scale. Nonetheless, it's still an amazing company and I'm blessed to be a part of the team.

Pros

The 'casual office' atmosphere was nice sometimes, and there are lots of opportunities to get to know your co-workers in and out of the office. Everyone is very friendly, and the numerous team building activities and outside events are fun. It's a fantastic place for a stable, consistent work environment. Rarely did I see someone not smiling. I love that everyone in the office is approachable and welcoming.

Cons

It feels like the company hangouts and activities are a band-aide for the larger problem...transparency from upper management. If you are not on the sales team, there is very little opportunity to grow unless you are replacing someone above you. Upper management says a lot about promoting from within and being open with the direction of the company, but does not support those words with actions. There is an unspoken emphasis on numbers and quantity, despite the always talking about providing 'accuracy' and 'quality', and offering no real way to balance them all without sacrificing one. It's always easier to show up, do your job, and go home instead of trying to push for change or improvement. You won't get an answer.
