      Pros

      - Allows certain Autonomy - The setup of the Plants are well thought out and structured.

      Cons

      - Asks for constant overtime (asked for extra 2 hrs per day for 2 weeks) - Overtime is not compensated if you're salaried. When I asked for compensation, there was heavy push back and in the end, we were given half a day off. - Middle management is constantly harassed by upper management. A guy in our team was laid off because "someone had to take the fall" for a project not proceeding as planned.

      Pros

      Not as hassling or micromanaged like other manufacturing companies.

      Cons

      Within colleagues many drama, incident or mean girl attitude without HR support or they will step in. Long time working employee got major attitude or issue. Management always having constant headache or quit with no support from anyone.
