Pros
Everyday was a different and fun challenge. I learned the ins and out of a cake business. There was a lot of hands on training. I was able to gain experience with clients when i delivered the cake. I enjoyed the experience as I saw the kids' faces light up as they saw their custom cake delivered. I can choose whatever weekday to get off
Cons
late hours but time flew by fast! I spend a good amount of time by an oven which got kinda hot at times. I never had fridays off because thats when she needed me the most.
