LiquiTech provides a great working environment with opportunity for growth. If you come in with a team attitude, ready to learn and ready to jump in and start helping you will do very well there. LiquiTech doesn't always get it right, as no one does, but the company and management team has the best intentions when it comes to bringing on strong employees and keeping their employees happy. The true payoff in this job comes from the importance of what LiquiTech does - but the owners are also great about providing activities, perks and team building to show their employees appreciation for all their hard work. Overall, it's a great company to work for and it's very fulfilling to be part of such important work.
Cons
Sometimes there's some pain in the process because the company tends to grow leaps and bounds and then our internal operations have to catch up. However, if you're willing to keep the team work going through the process and be patient with your fellow employees, it's easily managed.
