Pros

Free fruit and hybrid working opportunities.

Cons

No support whatsoever or team working right from the start. Huge staff turnover resulting in absolute chaos. No clear direction, management just constantly plugging holes to make the accounts look reasonable. Expect employees to work ridiculous amounts of unpaid overtime. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

A likeable company to work for, a PBCC company with true respectable values and lovely people. CEO is incredibly involved and very approachable Holiday is good with option to buy/sell days Great opportunity to grow a career

Cons

None of the departments talk to each other, often blame falling on the CCO department and sales. CCO are a good team doing their best with little experience Ipswich office has an atmosphere of a morgue, no cross departmental collaboration unless it’s one department moaning or complaining about another Software is outdated and makes your job harder Commercial director has clear favourites within each team and only tends to hire pretty young women, also has a way of making people feel uncomfortable Too many inexperienced people in roles that have no clue what they’re doing

Pros

Free parking and a lot of lovely people

Cons

Overworked staff and lots of empty promises such as training and career growth. Training non existent but left to do very important tasks for the company with a lot of responsibilities. Due to no direction, I lacked the confidence in myself and my role.
