      Solid teams, good work-life balance, remote work, interesting projects (exposure to many different tasks/areas of biz), publicly traded (reputable, solid) yet still small (you get to know people you work with, etc).

      Cons

      Frequent management changes created uncertainty, occasional layoffs happened quickly (job security was a concern).

      Solid management and sales teams. Gave you what you needed to get the job done then let you do your job.

      Cons

      We lost the contract that supported 3 facilities in 2 states, we tried our best but the business changed.
