Pros
Company has an excellent executive team that managed to get funding and deals that kept the company afloat for many years. Liquidia has high proportion of PhD scientists that are good in mentoring interns and junior scientists. Management tries hard to instill positive company culture.
Cons
Salaries and perks are pretty bad compared to the industry levels overall. This is offset somewhat by title inflation. There is no 401k match and health insurance is pretty costly. Frequent reorganizations decrease morale and slow down workflow. With no product in sight and current level of funding the future of the company is uncertain.
