Pros
Options for travel in some positions. Competitive bonus for most employees, though this has recently been unpaid and is often late. There are options for growth internally, but the path is fraught.
Cons
Fear based, vindictive culture, leading to a deeply toxic working environment. Entrenched political positions stifling the progress of the company - resembles trench warfare between departments and Operating Companies. Tenure is seemingly valued over merit; unfortunately some of those tenured don't always have a varied background in industry. Very poor internal communication. Very little work/life flexibility. Documentation and systems in many cases is fragmented or the data is not there.
