Pros

Based off my experience so far working for this company I have been having a real positive outlook on it. Not only do you get exposed to technology you might not be familiar with, if you ask questions the higher level techs have no problem helping you so you can learn how to do things on your own. You get free stuff as long as you ask and it’s not relevant to the company. The overtime pay is great and is a good incentive to want to work more if you can make it work for you as you are only required to work from 9 to 5 but the warehouse is open as early as 7 and even closes late and not to mention Saturday is also available to you if you want to work and make extra money(completely optional and you get lunch). Benefits are good and if you get into a rhythm you can make the monotonous work actually kind of fun. The free lunches are great and if you don’t have money for food they have cereal and Bagels if you are tight on money. Overall major pros for this company and I expect to stay for a few years.

Cons

-The work is a bit boring/repetitive -The departments don’t communicate 100% well -The work is fast paced -Expect to pick up heavy objects and to push/pull heavy skids -Employees aren’t really praised all too much

Pros

Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Supportive Leadership: Management and direction that genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Clear pathways for growth and advancement within the organization. A work environment that values autonomy while focusing on achieving set goals, rather than micromanagement. Work flexibility, employee benefits, lunches, christmas dinners, etc.

Cons

Goals can sometimes feel too ambitious, but the management tries to provide a supportive structure to help employees achieve them.

Pros

Its commitment to ensure that clients data is destroyed at all cost

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning pattern of unprofessional behavior among some employees and management. There were instances where discussions and actions related to personal matters, including assumptions about colleagues’ personal lives, created a hostile work environment. This behavior was particularly noticeable by the Midwest Operation Manager where it significantly impacted team morale and productivity. I believe addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace. The Manager there is smart on concealing these issue since he is the one who instigates them. You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
