Pros

The dev team and sales is very kind and will help when they can. Trail you can walk nearby (granted you can leave)

Cons

The CEO has to be the worst boss I’ve ever had in my life. He’s angry, controlling, micro managing, narcissistic, and uses the women’s restroom as a cis male. I’ve had to cancel doctors appointments out of fear that I just will not be allowed to go. One day, my car was blocked by another that had died and no way of moving it. Told management what happened, CEO called me and told me I be in his office at 8 or there would be repercussions. It was 7:45 an I lived 30 mins away. I’ve never been more belittled in my entire life than I did there. When I put my two weeks in, CEO told me I needed to stay for three weeks instead of two “because I owed the company that much”. When I got screamed at (literally) during daily meeting, which caused a full blown panic attack, CEO walked up to my desk, lightly punched my arm and told me I deserved it with a smirk on his face. Do not work here. I don’t know why it’s still in business.

Pros

For the past two years, I have worked at Liquid Logics, and I say this with a clear heart: it is the first office in my life that has felt like a home. The owner, Sam Kaddah, is a man of intelligence, vision, and high standards. He expects much from his people, but he is also willing to trust them. When I first joined the company, he gave me the freedom to take ownership of the sales process, asking only that I prove my ideas through results. This trust meant a great deal to me, and it gave me the opportunity to grow. As the years passed, Sam continued to place more responsibility in my hands. He allowed me to learn, to make decisions, and to develop as a professional. Not every leader is willing to do this. Many seek followers; few seek to build leaders. As for the team at Liquid Logics, they are good people. We work hard, we challenge one another, and we celebrate our victories together. We may come from different backgrounds, but we share the same goal and pull in the same direction. Like the oarsmen of a single ship, we move forward only when we row together. Some may find Sam's style demanding, and at times it is. But there is a difference between harshness and high expectations. Sam pushes people because he believes in their potential. His words may sometimes be firm, but they come from a place of sincerity and care. In the end, a leader who expects excellence is often the one who helps you discover it within yourself. I am proud to work for Sam Kaddah. I am proud to work alongside the people of Liquid Logics. In a world where loyalty is rare and good teams are hard to find, I consider myself fortunate to have found both.

Cons

in my opinion, there are none.
