Take away the actual day-to-day responsibilities, it's a good laugh.
Cons
The day-to-day responsibilities. Having to make 120 dials a day, essentially hounding people just to hit the KPI. A former colleague of mine once hit the desired 50 opportunities weekly target but was told "you've had a good week, you've got sales and hit the target.. but you have made 120 less dials than we need. Must improve".
