      -Good place to get started in the games industry. -Professional environment -Organized, with clear deadlines and expectations -Lots of fun projects to work on -Good way to grow as an artist and get paid for it.

      Cons

      -The price estimates (what you get paid if approved) can be hit or miss. -No compensation if art does not get approved (its a total loss to the artist) -No benefits or long term incentives.

      I genuinely loved the experience of working with my coworkers and leads, as well as the projects and culture while there.

      Cons

      I was not an in-house artist and wish I could've stayed far longer.

      - Much lower pay than industry standard - While most management is great, there are departments with difficult, unsupportive, and unprofessional management.
