Pros
Many of the seasoned veterans are willing to show and teach new employees the ropes. Decent health benefits.
Cons
Out of touch management. Too much work and not enough non-management workers to get everything done. Little to no advancement from within. Revolving door management creates an ever changing vision for the employees.
