Great idea, poor leadership - Anonymous employee Liquid Church Employee Review

Very little room for growth; leadership consists of four men with extremely big egos. If you're a worker bee, ready to do whatever it is you're told to do then you will succeed at Liquid and enjoy the work. However, if you are a leader in any way, or diverge from the opinions of the highest leadership then you are targeted. They do not fire at Liquid, they just make the work environment so horrible that employees quit themselves. For a Christian organization, it's cut throat and hypocritical. Your spirituality will certainly be tested and even questioned.
