50 hours and up is a normal week. If you just do 40, don't count on seeing a "good" raise (annually $2000). On call 24/7/365. Poor QA, releases being dropped or released/patched consistently; especially their "Certified" ones. Since merged with Parexel, has become a micromanagement atmosphere. If you kiss enough *** and get into management, you're set for life. If not, turn over has become highly welcome lower, new comer salaries. As a contractor there, you would make out WAAAAAYYYY better.
