Pros

Small company means you get to know the company Directors well if you so desire. You can build strong client relationships aside from LipSync. You will learn how to accomplish every menial task you can ever think of, from clearing dead mice to cutting ceiling tiles to painting rooms etc. Soho is a lively and diverse place to work.

Cons

Lack opf regard for human feelings in an industry propagated by high turn over and a history of hiring young people with low expectations, little understanding of contracts and a willingness to be paid minimum wage for overwork and late hours. The company heads have no regard for the business' longevity after their retirement and do not train their replacements, which trickles down in to every department. You are an anonymous spoke in the wheel to be bullied and abused.

Cons

Management don't care about you and treat you like you're somewhat beneath them. Unfortunately the management also create a toxic environment by belittling other runners behind their backs. I mean it was really bad...mix that with no opportunities to progress, absolute 0 communication between every department, 0 benefits (they took away our one benefit of cycling into work!) and constant mice running about everywhere - literal hell. Not rating 1 star just because some of the people there were genuinely lovely.
