Done business with this company in the past 4 days as stated by employees that worked there unorganized is the understatement of the day. They book loads with out confirming availability at pickup site. They fail to verify proper equipment needed to load trucks, and change rate confirmation without no notification. This company is being labeled as a bait and switch company. Per Donald his employees don't have the authority to back up rate con. They can't even get BOL's correct. Alex as well as other members at Lipsey lack knowledge of how to book and ensue that freight is ready available. In addition each one calls the driver not even communicating with each other so you get 4 stories from four people. But now Donald overrides everything they do. They are no pros to being employed here, unless you like dishonesty this is not the place to work and dealing with Donald undermining everything you do than my suggestion would be move in
Cons
Find reputable brokers such as Landstar mercer Coyota companies that have management skills. This company doesn't compare to any real freight broker at all.
