      Pros

      Training! I have experienced significant professional growth while working here. Leadership is very supportive of efforts expended in increasing knowledge. Lipman is a family oriented company.

      Cons

      Communication continues to be an area of opportunity. When changes that affect individual employees are coming they are not necessarily communicated with the concerns of the employee in mind.
