Your voice is absolutely heard at Lionsgate. Employees feel empowered to make their own career paths, invent solutions, and share creative ideas. Personally, I've had the opportunity to propose a needed role at Lionsgate, which also fulfilled a career move within the company that I had been working towards accomplishing for three years. Cons
The workload per person can be high at times, but appears to be situational due to the company's recent growth and restructuring as we build new processes. Despite having many projects on your plate, employees tackle that challenge head on because the hard work is always appreciated and recognized. In addition, working alongside equally invested employees is inspiring and fulfilling!
