      Summer Fridays, free healthcare, dynamic culture, social employees, entrepreneurial, easy to get a job

      Cons

      Salary, low morale, little to no competitive benefits, they do not care about many employees growth, HR has no involvement with you at all after hiring, they do not listen to staff complaints even company-wide, expect you to perform two levels above your position with no incentives or guidance, entitled management and lack of diversity in upper management/C-level, high turnover

      Pros

      The motion picture department I worked with was great. Very helpful and professional. I learned a lot.

      Cons

      The HR department is so petty. The SR Manager of Talent Acquisition, in particular, is so immature. Resentful of those who don't work in HR. The HR department in total is toxic and bitter, and resentful of those who don't have to work in HR because we took the initiative to develop our skills outside of working in HR.
