5yFirst, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are working hard to build and maintain a good culture at Lionrock, and we're glad to see the value in areas like having a flexible work schedule and our mission being backed up by management actions. That's great feedback for us. When it comes to client no shows, we provide a certain amount of flex time for our counselors to complete other job related tasks and hope you are utilizing this time to do so. Our mission has always been to make sure our counselors get paid for all of the work they do. One of our part time tracks guarantees the minimum hours, but it does require some group availability or obtaining additional state licenses. We would never want our employees to feel as though their concerns were being dismissed which is why we are working hard in this area. We have recently incorporated additional training that directly addresses the concerns you have pointed out. Additionally, we are constantly auditing our processes both clinically and administratively and will continue to look at areas that need our attention. We appreciate the feedback here at Lionrock as we continue to be the leader in telehealth treatment for substance use disorder.
