Horrible internal communication. Team managers stop replying to important email conversations. I've wasted lots of time trying to get started as a professional translating partner for Lionbridge (Service Partner). There's a reason Lionbridge has gotten so big, they treat their contractors like **** (I have great experiences with other telecommuting companies, like Appen for example). Don't waste your time.
