Flexible about part-time, study leave, work-life balance and other adjustments due to life situations.
Cons
No paid training ever. Nobody hired from the outside even for demanding positions, instead promoting people from the inside - meaning that HR doesn't have HR training, managers don't have management training etc. The pay is notoriously low. Management openly plays favourites.
