Pros
1 . Good work environment, nice office. 2 . Good company if you are a fresher and want to learn new things. 3. Better to gain some experience and move on to some other good company.
Cons
I don't know where to start... 1 . This is a kanjoos company, so don't expect any money. 2 . Management usually hires freshers as traines for very less wage and expect from them to work like a senior technical author. 3 . Work pressure is very high, they expect us to keep record for each production hours required for a particular work order. 4. There is not a single time, I remember that I had asked for a leave and management has accepted it. They are very reluctant when it comes to leave. Every time you have to come up some damn reason to apply for any leave. 5 . There are no extra facilities provided by the company, like bus service etc. For tea /coffee also you have pay from your own pocket. Even call centres have better facilities for there employees. 6 . There is lot of internal politics in the team. Senior employees don't help juniors. 7 . Whole team is working from multiple different locations, due to which production is suffering. 8 . Appraisal is just a eye wash, even after working for 2 years, starting salary for freshers in other companies is better than this company. 9.job is very boring and repetitive, so don't expect any job satisfaction.
