Pros

Most of the time paychecks are delivered to the right location, on time.

Cons

-Too often , paychecks are delivered to the wrong location, weeks late. -The job description that people apply to and interview for will not be the work that they are assigned, nor will the hire be what the client is expecting. -It is contract work and they do not protect employees from clients who can be abusive. -They get the work and then never pay attention to the SOW. Ever again. Just let the work die. -Lots of embarrassing internal processes to make people "prove" their loyalty". -Promises of pay, hire terms, benefits that cannot and will not happen with their business model -Overall a very demoralizing company to work for if you have normal expectations about how you should be treated or want to see other people treated with respect and dignity.

Pros

Supportive Leadership: The management team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee success, providing guidance and mentorship to help you reach your full potential. Career Development: There are numerous opportunities for professional growth, including training programs, workshops, and access to industry conferences, ensuring you continually advance your skills. If your current position is not working out for you there may be opportunities to join a different team and expand your skill set. Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities allow for a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.

Cons

No team, everyone is individual. No culture.
